Voice Failure

After clicking to download and install the plugin for voice the package failed to download, making voice unable to be used.

It looks like the link became invalid when Google Code was shutdown. There's a writeup about it here, where @cinderblocks created a new installer for 2.20 with a valid voicepack link, which contains the latest SLVoice from LindenLabs.
