Brotli support was added to Terraform in hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#17336, and will be avalible when 3.28.0 is released in the coming days. Once it's out we should upgrade to it and setup Brotli, the few milliseconds page load benefit will be minimal next to the ability to describe ourselves as even more web scale.
