Important info (prior to getting stuff to smoke)

Untested but listing stuff to try out first

The CP2102 Breakout USB2TTL adapter is per default set to 5V, on the back you can cut the connection from 5V to the middle and make a bridge from 3V3 to the middle in order to use it on 3.3V level
