Get-NTFSAccess get in a loop when getting ACLs from C: Drive, especially on Users and Appdata folders.
There are many junctions there (dir /a) created automatically by Windows.
Hence, it is really difficult to get reports on these drives as the command will send unwanted results.

I would suggest reviewing the code and get rid of these junctions, or at least propose on option to get rid of them.
