Prepare for migration to The Data Distribution Platform #3

The data from DAWA ({dawaR}) will at some point be moved to The Data Distribution Platform and I would like to prepare this package for the transisiton.

I will create a separate package for the platform that can be used as a dependency when the move is closer.
