The function create_fisherydata is being created and will be based on create_survey but without a catchability parameter.

  • upload to github
  • documet
  • test that it plays nice with the other functions

Added create_fishery_subset. The sampling functions will take care of the observation error. This function simply subsets the data by specific polygons that are assumed to be sampled.

I'm not sure of the format of the catch from run_atlantis. Is a matrix with species, age, polygon, layer, time, and numbersAtAge available for the fishery catch?
