Dear Roberto,
How does one go about generating a figure using only specific tables from a range of papers?

Thanks,
Aman

Hi Aman,

I added a new functionality to create article collections: when you get the results from a search you can now add them to a collection. A collection icon will then appear if you are logged in. If you click on a collection, the papers in it will be brought back, and you'll get the 3D volume and the mesh. You can also append more papers to an existing collection, but for the moment is not possible to delete a collection or rename a collection. It's not possible either to download a collection for the moment, but here's a hack: copy the URL, it contains all the PMIDs of the papers in the selected collection.

This does not produce images with specific tables from specific papers, but takes all the tables in the papers. Let me know if it's ok, and I'll close the issue.

Dear Roberto,

I do get the 'Create new article collection' option. I created a 'test_amanbadhwar' collection with 4 articles. I see the 'list' option when I signout and sign back in. Clicking on test_amanbadhwar from the dropdown menu does retrieve those 4 articles, the 3D volume and the mesh. So that part is good 👍

However the 'appending more paper' part is glitchy for me. First I get an unresponsive script error when I try to search by title of paper in order to add a paper (btw, I do know that this paper is present in brainspell). When I cancel the unresponsive script error, I get the following:

7589 articles corresponding to the search "Joint effects of gray matter atrophy and altered functional connectivity on cognitive deficits in amnestic mild cognitive impairment patients"

... which is an 'overwhelming response' to a 1 paper search.

Maybe I am approaching the appending articles the wrong way? Is there a right way to do this?

Best,
Aman
