Specs:

Write REST endpoint that returns limit number of Mock Users.
Accepts: limit int
Write REST endpoint that returns the results of a coronation:
http://localhost:8000/v1/mockdata/coronation/ :cannonId

Endpoints:

http://localhost:8000/v1/mockdata/users/5
