Feature Request: Localization support for UI elements in Quarto Live

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team involved in developing and making this fantastic extension available.

I would like to inquire if it is possible (and if so, how) to translate the phrases "Run code", "Start over", and "Exercise" into other languages. In my case, I would like to translate them into Portuguese.

This is not currently possible, but it is certainly possible for localisation of strings like "Run code" to be added to the codebase.

In the long term we'll want this feature, so I've added a help wanted tag here as PRs along these lines would be most welcome.

For anyone willing to give it a go in the short term: If it is possible I'd prefer a solution using an established TypeScript/JavaScript library (for ease of maintainability), rather than a home grown solution. Once that has been introduced we can start collecting translations.
