Hello. We are having a problem with an error that has already been reported by several customers, but which apparently happens sporadically.
We now have a client where this error is happening a few times a day.
The error that appears is "Connection Idle Timeout". When this error occurs, the customer reports that they are unable to print and then need to close and open everything to resume operation.
Customer is using the latest version of QZ Tray

@mlscherer sorry about the trouble that this issue is causing. Is there any additional information you can share? This error would normally occur after an amount of time that the QZ Tray application can not ping back and forth with the web browser. This is most common when a computer goes to sleep and should be recoverable with the website code by calling qz.websocket.connect() again.
