Placeholder overflows editor's padding

The placeholder text supplied in configuration overflows the editor's padding and goes up to the right edge. The attached pen is a pedantic example to demonstrate the bug.

Steps for Reproduction

1. Visit this pen
2. Observe the placeholder overflowing to the right edge of the editor

Expected behavior:
Placeholder is confined to the editor's padding

Actual behavior:
Place holder overflows to the right edge of the editor
