SimpleTrigger jobs got affected by DST changes

I have several SIMPLE trigger jobs scheduled between 1 AM to 2 AM and they all got skipped on March 31st when DST changes kicked in for London. According to documentation Simple Trigger jobs are not affected by DST changes and yet these jobs didn't ran. To verify that they are Simple Trigger jobs I checked under the column TRIGGER_TYPE of QRTZ_TRIGGERS table.
