Support multiple cursors in visual editor

If you are editing a Quarto document in source mode, you can use the typical gestures for multiple selections / multiple cursors. However, these are not supported in the visual editor. If you try to Alt+Click, you do not get multiple cursors.

Is this something that needs to be fixed in the upstream editors we use?
