Adapt to Pandoc 3.5 with new LaTeX templates including new partials

In Pandoc 3.5, common parts of latex template have been split into partials:

• common.latex,
• fonts.latex,
• font-settings.latex,
• passoptions.latex,
• hypersetup.latex, and
• after-header-includes.latex.

This goes with an overhaul of the default LaTeX template

Bigger impact is the split of the beamer template to default.beamer - which require a new additional format and partial for us.

This will probably have some impact in our own templates and I am opening this issue to track any possible problem as this will be probably take more work to update to Pandoc 3.5+ than usual update
