• Vert.x (Enable metrics in vert.x extension #2027)
• Hibernate ORM (Expose metrics from Hibernate ORM extension #6193)
• RESTEasy (REST metrics #6220)
• SmallRye Reactive Messaging (Decorate reactive messaging connectors with health and metrics #3113)
• SmallRye Fault Tolerance

• Infinispan (We might want to explore the possibility to strip away the smallrye-metrics dependency in cases when metrics are not needed, but other than that, it seems to work well. Infinispan itself provides this by using MP Metrics API)

• Kogito

I suppose we've covered the basic extensions, more will be coming as appropriate, for example Vert.x.
SmallRye Reactive Messaging will have metrics soon too.
