Description

When I use devservices in a CI system, I have sometime a error due to the docker hub rate limit.

Implementation ideas

The images configured by default in quarkus use a full path.
So the --registry-mirror= option does not work.

As docker.io is the default registry for Docker and other runtimes like Podman, we can remove the prefix.
