Display the date of the last update on the documentation on the official website. #36137

Description

Hello, I'm Luis, and I'm a contributor to the documentation translation into Portuguese.

While performing this task, I noticed that the date of the last documentation update for the user is not included.

It would be interesting for this information to be visible for two main reasons:

1 - To know if what is stated in the documentation is still applicable.

2 - It would assist those contributing to the documentation in quickly identifying any necessary adjustments.

I'm available to help.

That's a good idea, I've always wondered when a guide is updated while reading it

Good suggestion. I'd say put it below the header and make it italic to clearly show it's note part of the body copy. Perhaps make it align to the right to make it more distinct as well.
