Describe the bug

Some links point to https://quarkus.io/guides/config#yaml; however, #yaml is not a valid bookmark.
I believe that is an outdated link target, and the correct link target is now: https://quarkus.io/guides/config-yaml

Expected behavior

The link should open a YAML-related section in the config guide.

Actual behavior

The link doesn't find a YAML-related section in the config guide and defaults to the top of the page.

How to Reproduce?

Open the "Documentation" link on https://quarkus.io/extensions/io.quarkus/quarkus-config-yaml
