Plugin support - (Example for Tailwind / UnoCSS to use with Qute) - no SPA

A previous issue #90 is closed as wontfix, since esbuild CLI doesn't support plugins, and the suggestion is to use Quinoa in case plugins are required (like for tailwindcss, unocss).

Could you pls update the guide or share an example for usage with Qute templates and Quinioa? the current examples are for SPA, and not for Qute (this may be simple for folks that know SPA, but for us simple HTML folks, its not so obvious)
