Dependabot is upgrade quarkus-bom and kafka/sprint-kafka-test independently

It is a known issue of this project, is that the versions of quarkus has an influence on the version of kafka used to import additional Kafka JARs not declared in quarkus-bom and spring-kafka-test used to have access to a KafkaTestUtils to launch single producer or consumer.

Concerned PRs:

• Bump org.springframework.kafka:spring-kafka-test from 3.0.11 to 3.1.1 #1
• Bump kafka.version from 3.5.0 to 3.6.1 #5
