Shorter ping interval in the first minute after start-up and before the first connection is established

When all nodes in cluster starting simultaneously, some can be faster than another. The faster ones marks the connection to slower ones as not available. This status will only change after the check_interval has passed. It would be nice to shorten this period in the first minute after startup
