[BUG] `transfer` 的 `--download` 选项没有效果 #318

如题，transfer xxxx --download 的输出是

分享链接转存到网盘成功, 保存了xxxx到当前目录
即将开始下载

[0] 提示: 当前下载最大并发量为: 10, 下载缓存为: 65536

下载结束, 时间: 0s, 数据总量: 0B

没有真正进行下载，但是成功转存了
