[FEATURE REQUEST] Expanding replace feature

1. At the moment, Text to find only accept single string. We need several rule rows just for replacing several string with the same replacement string. The more rows we have, the more effort we have to put into maintaining them.
   Suggestion: refactor Text to find field to becomes textarea and accept multiline of multistring.
