Test if spider arguments and settings are passed through

After PR #21, test if both spider arguments and spider settings are passed through to the spider correctly, after calling the schedule endpoint.

The example spider has already been adapted with the static spider, where it outputs data depending on spider settings and the environment. You could look at the scraped output (currently in the logs, but might also redirect to a file with spider arguments). Also needed for #25.
