GSoC application under the NumFOCUS umbrella (2023)

We are happy to annonce that PyTorch-Ignite project will apply two project ideas for Google Summer of Code 2023 under the NumFOCUS umbrella : https://github.com/numfocus/gsoc/blob/master/2023/ideas-list.md

This could be a huge opportunity for the project to continue its open-source development and bring motivated people. Participating projects use the program to identify and bring in new, excited developers. Many of those new developers will continue to contribute to their new communities and open source long after GSoC is over. We are definitely looking for new developers who will contribute and continue to contribute to their new communities and open source.
