Issues running Colab notebook - pytorch_fairseq_translation.ipynb #172

When I first tried to run the colab notebook I got this error in the second cell

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'omegaconf'

after I did a pip install for omegaconf I got

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hydra.core'; 'hydra' is not a package
