Follow-up to #3368 Poetry install fails for nested local dependencies and develop = false

• Poetry version: 1.3.2 (also tested on 1.4.0.dev0)
• Python version: 3.9.16
• OS version and name: macOS 13.1
• pyproject.toml: https://github.com/fiahil/poetry-localdep-issue-2

• I am on the latest stable Poetry version, installed using a recommended method.
• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.
• I have consulted the FAQ and blog for any relevant entries or release notes.
• If an exception occurs when executing a command, I executed it again in debug mode (-vvv option) and have included the output below.

Hi,

I'm following up on #3368 and #4245.

While it appears the issue was resolved for local path dependencies, it still happens when the top-most dependency is a VCS dependency.

I attached a repo for a painless reproduction.

Hi,

I just identified a regression in v1.4.0. Same setup over git version was working in v1.3.2 after patching the poetry.lock. Now, v1.4.0, can't install subdirectory dependencies properly (poetry.lock looks good)...

Do you want me to create another issue for that (similar) problem ?

Tried again, and it seems that #7575 / #7580 has fixed this issue !
