I'm not sure I follow what the question is asking? It's a cumulative graph over the time period, so it shows over the period of a week there are a total of 3,500 claims, it's per-2-hours but cumulative.

Oh, I wasn't aware that it was cumulative. Could that be made a little more clear?
Supposedly, the number of help channels claimed every 2 hours increases by a difference of around 3500 within a week. Why is this the case?
