Setendings AST mutation improvements

There are approximately 16 nodes worth looking into for inconsistencies in the tests/test_setendings.py unit tests, mentioned in the method docstrings of individual tests. [Additionally I think the AsyncFunctionDef also needs some looking into.]

To achieve desired ending location values, some new transform functions for certain node types may be needed..
