Contact and additional research
I cannot find the original owner - either through PyPi or GitHub. I don't think this is a project and can't find any projects that seem remotely close to that name.

That project was originally created, and them immediately removed, by @prologic back in 2013. Hopefully @prologic can respond to this issue and ideally transfer the name so we don't have to go through the admin transfer process for an invalid project.
