Hiero: old container versions identify with red color

• fixing selected track items filtered by track item name (swaped logic)
• adding inventory version checker (color red containerized clips with obsolete version)

Test notes:

Result: it should color red any clip which is having newer version in database

1. open Hiero in any task
2. add any simple clip (mov, or jpg sequence) 10 frames is enough
3. create publishable clip with Creator
4. publish clip once
5. use loader to load the published clip back to timeline
6. save the script
7. publish the clip again and after all ends
8. notice that the previously loaded clip changes its color to red from green
