I want configurate one package in windows platform to install version==3.1.13 , in linux platform to install version==3.1.12

Please run $ pipenv --support, and paste the results here. Don't put backticks (`) around it! The output already contains Markdown formatting.

If you're on macOS, run the following:

$ pipenv --support | pbcopy

If you're on Windows, run the following:

> pipenv --support | clip

If you're on Linux, run the following:

$ pipenv --support | xclip

  1. This is essentially the same problem as different package versions for different python versions #2171. (And you know this.)
  2. I have proposed a workaround.
  3. There is not much interest between core developers to implement native support.
  4. We do not exclude the possibility, but someone needs to take charge, design a syntax that makes sense, and implement it. E.g. you?
