Note about the elements in team.yml. The file is used to populate both the team.html page (grid view) and all the zooming in pages with fade in effect for every team member.

title:       text shown in both views, it should be what you want to to be shown, all characters allowed
name:        this is used as the "id" for the html components, 
             this is only for internal use and cannot contain spaces!
subtitle:    we use this as the position in the organizing committee. Only shown in grid view
twitter: twitter username, should not have @ 
github: github username
web: link to your personal website. Add the whole link with https but no finishing /, jekyll will clean it up when writing it
img:         image for the zoomed in page
thumbnail:   image for the grid view
alt:         text shown when hovering over the image in the zoomed in page
topic:       twitter length bio
description: description shown in the zoomed in version, long bio

Any of twitter, github and web should be left empty if nothing is to be shown there. The template will check and not add the icon about the missing elements.

Also the grid is looking a little funny, maybe it's due to the images having different sizes 🤔

Regarding topic, given that we already have the short bios, I propose modifying the theme slightly to show topic in grid view

Topic instead of subtitle? or Topic and Subtitle?

Subtitle is position inside the organizing comitee, topic twitter bio and description is bio
