When using the "All 5" character preset, not all ship module fitting bonuses are applied.
E.g. the "Covert Ops Cloaking Device II" takes up 100 CPU when fit to a Prowler, which is not correct.
Excerpt from the Prowler traits: "20% reduction in Cloaking Devices CPU requirement" (per skill level)
