Preferences dialog doesn't look right in Linux and OS X on wx3

On Linux, this seems to be caused by the size of the list view (which is set to a minimum of 500). Decreasing this seems to fix this (or better yet, removing them).

I remember having a lot of trouble with the listview when I switched the icons. This might be related Dunno. I'll play around with it - removing the sizing info seems to work on Linux and Windows, will try on OS X
