Uniform damage pattern issue

Usually you cannot edit the uniform data pattern. However, nothing is currently stopping the user from making a new pattern with the name "Uniform", which will allow them to edit this custom one. The problem, however, is that when they open the editor back up, it is disabled with the previous values (since the GUI specifically disables the "Uniform" name).
