Make a release?

It's been many months since the last release of this theme. @jorisvandenbossche what do you think about cutting a new version? I think the next should be a minor (not patch) version bump, since some of the visual styling has changed. What do you think?

Yes, good idea (I actually basically promised it last week at conda-forge/pydata-sphinx-theme-feedstock#20, but then forgot about it ..)

I would personally still like to get in #485, since that's an issue (kind of a styling regression) with more recent sphinx.
