Can the module generated by pybind11_add_module be linked to other C++ programs as a dynamic library?

I generate the module with the following CMakeLists：

project(test)
pybind11_add_module(${PROJECT_NAME} py_interface.cpp)
# 'assistant' is a static library that implements and exports the 'add' function.
target_link_libraries(${PROJECT_NAME} PUBLIC assistant)

and then link the generated module 'test.so' into other C++ programs. I got some errors:
