VR Headset support

In this release we add proper support for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and all other future SteamVR headsets.
We also made a lot of general improvements and added a bit of polish.

To use the software, download the editor and/or the player zip-files. After downloading you can extract the zip-file anywhere you like. In the extracted folder you will find 360Player.exe to start the player or 360Editor.exe to start the editor.
