Allasso Travesser's Tab Groups Helper = replacement for TGM?

I note that, on April 21, Allasso Travesser published a new version of his Tab 
Groups Helper at 
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/tab-groups-helper.

This new version includes a tab groups bar that works very similarly to Tab 
Groups Manager. It does not have all of the suspension / hibernate / etc. 
features, but you can drag-and-drop tabs between groups and it seems to work 
directly with Panorama groups.

Thoughts on this new add-on? If his code is in a better state that the old TGM, 
would it be better/easier to collaborate and work with Allasso on his product?
