Show current allowances in Token Revokes #95

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Token Revokes app only shows the allowance set in the latest transaction but current allowance may change after making token transfers.

Describe the solution you'd like

The Token Revokes allowances list should show the current allowance instead. And if it is already zero, hide the line.
