Demonstrate how to easily build and package Serverless apps staying in a single language (Go, Python), possibliy leveraging AWS Lambda Builders https://github.com/aws/aws-lambda-builders in some fashion.

This note taken from @corymhall on-boarding document as there are no issues currently under org:pulumi mentioning this particular library.

@mjeffryes @t0yv0 both issues are closed. I am trying to figure out how to use Functions with Makefile. Any path forward for this?
