We've been blocking on this because we haven't wanted to expand the SDK as much as this PR does, since it results in a sub-par user experience. Addressing this has proven harder then expected, so I have decided to proceed with the release as is. Our next opportunity to cleanup will be on the v6.0.0 release of this provider.
