Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Recognize Face detection is not very accurate., leaving me with 10 different People Clusters in recognize with one to two photos each.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if in /apps/memories/recognize, one could just drag and drop the Clusters to merge People Clusters
