Describe the bug

Upon opening the app, the current account server downtime page is shown (murena.io). In this case, it's been down since a week+. Should there not be an option to review current account setup before the connection is established? In this case, I could switch to another (working) nextcloud account.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open app
  2. Server downtime page shown - no option to change config

Platform

- OS: Android 14
- Browser: n/a
- Memories Version: 1.12
- Nextcloud Version: unknown
- PHP Version: unknown

Screenshots

No response

Additional context

Remote nextcloud server is down (https://status.murena.io/)

Multi-user is not supported at all, so this would be a new feature
