Frequent "Service Temporarily Unavailable" Errors

I used this library and it worked perfectly at first. After three weeks, it started giving me a "CGI_NO_SERVER: unknown error" every fourth or fifth request. I solved this problem more or less well with retry logic. For the past three or four days, it has been totally broken since every departures request gives me a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" error. Is this a known issue?

Yes, unfortunately, the DB HAFAS API seems to have been shut off permanently. Because db-hafas just wraps hafas-client, see also the hafas-client tracking Issue about this.

From what the situation looks like right now, we'll have to deprecate hafas-client's db profile and db-hafas, and tell people to use alternative API clients like db-vendo-client (which tries to be API-compatible).
