Pkg is no longer maintained and there does not seem to be any plans to support Node versions later than 18.x
This is a problem as Node 18 will sooner or later no longer be supported.
Some of the latest versions of libs used by Ctrl-Q don't even support Node 18 any more.

The standard Node.js SEA (Single Executable Application) seems to be mature enough by now, worth trying to see if it works ok.
