Let's try the DIRD, as recommeded here: moby/moby#25526 (comment)

DIRD should be installed on the every node via the installation script.

There should be a mechanism to restart the DIRD daemon once a new node has been added to the swarm cluster.

Let's support only Caddy ports (80, 443) for now.
