Printer model

MK4S MMU3 factory assembled

Firmware version

6.1.3+7898

Upgrades and modifications

None

Printing from...

doesn't matter, happens when switching on the MK4S MMU3

Describe the bug

If an Octopi (Raspberry Pi 4) is connected via USB C and already powered up and then switching on the MK4S MMU3,
during boot process a warning pops up showing "MMU3 Overcurrent deteced - unplug the connection to..."
The MMU3 is not initiated in this case.
The Raspberry 4 has external power supply.
This is reproducable. As soon as the Raspberry is switched on AFTER booting up the MK4S, no warning is shown.

Maybe the hardware measuring component combines the USB C current with the MMU3 motor current.

How to reproduce

Power up the Octopi before switching on the MK4S MMU3

Expected behavior

no MMU3 overcurrent warning, if the MMU3 is working correctly and just an Octopi is connected usind external power supply

No response

Some additions:
Using one of those little USB power meters shows, there is no current flowing between Raspberry Pi and MK4S.

If the MMU3 Overcurrent error message is shown, it does not help just to unplug the USB cable and press the knob at the display. In this case the error will pop up again.

You have to unplug the USB cable and switch the MK4S off and on again, then the MK4S will boot without any problem.

Maybe there is just a short current spike, too short for the power meter to detect it but long enough to trigger the MMU3 overcurrent detection component.
