[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow removal of nozzle when jam is detected

Describe the feature

The MK4 detects filament jams. When a jam occurs the printer attempts to unload and reload the filament. It's possible to pause the print using the menu. There is a missing function in the Tune menu to raise the extruder in the Z-direction to allow removal of the nozzle. The partial print on the heated bed must be cancelled. It negates some of the usefulness of jam detection.

Expected functionality

A filament jam is detected. Open the "Tune" or some other menu. Use menu to raise z-axis high enough to remove nozzle/tube and clear the jam. Reinstall nozzle and resume print.
